1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AutoSuite ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
AutoSuite is an AI-native agency operating system that provides tools for client management, website creation, hosting, CRM, and business automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Billing cycles are based on the date you started your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds
Refunds are provided at our discretion. If you are unsatisfied with the Service within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable.
6. Content Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a licence to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
- Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AutoSuite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
