  • Billing and payment information (processed by Stripe)

We use the information we collect to:

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, and regular security assessments. Sensitive credentials stored in the Vault are encrypted using AES-256-GCM envelope encryption.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days.

6. Sub-processors

We use the following processors to run AutoSuite. Material changes will be notified to agency customers in advance where required by contract.

  • Hosting & edge: Vercel, Cloudflare (DNS, SSL, R2 storage)
  • Database: Neon or equivalent managed PostgreSQL
  • Payments: Stripe
  • Email: Resend
  • AI: OpenAI / Google / Anthropic (whichever keys you or we configure)
  • Error monitoring: Sentry
  • Stock imagery (optional): Unsplash

DSAR requests: privacy@autosuite.co.uk. Agency admins can export operational JSON from Settings → Compliance.

7. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Erase your personal data
  • Restrict processing of your personal data
